I just noticed the date this was sent out, and I only got it in my mail yesterday. What happened? I check my mail at least twice a day because I'm subscribed to several mailing lists and they can fill it up quite easily. Ali Ingle United we stand, divided we fall. I don't know why you only received it yesterday. Perhaps it has something to do with your server - good answer when we don't know anything else to blame :) . The archives shows it was sent on the 23rd and another notice by Melissa Hogan on the 24th. I remember seeing both. I am a subscriber to Footnote and recommend it for a lot of information that is not available on other paid websites. Perhaps Footnote will continue "loaning" materials for free in the future. Another great online source is Dick Eastman's daily newsletter, sponsored by Footnote at http://blog.eogn.com or http://www.eogn.com . The standard edition is free and contains a wealth of genealogy news. Caroline Horton, List Administrator > > I just noticed the date this was sent out, and I only got it in my mail yesterday.
