While I have not checked to be sure, I believe that copy should be no more than 10 cents per page. Judith Desmond Stewart, daughter of Marguerite Logan and George Desmond, provided the information. As I write this, it occurs to me that we need to get Judith's permission to share this information. Many of the pages are family records that she must have compiled herself. Families covered are: Pratt, Wallace, Logan, Desmond, Blake, Vernon, and others. (Including Beaver, Lightsey, Hampton, Riley, Head). The past two days I have had a cold, and am not feeling too chipper. I wish that one of you would phone Judy, and ask if it would be OK for me to Share the information. This will be much more efficient than for me to write a letter. You might ask if she has any need or use for the Heritage of Bibb County. I have two copies of this to get rid of, and it might be an opportunity for all of us to express our gratitude for her work. I have begun to type a list of the books, even though there is a box I have not been able to find. Also, there are many more genealogy books that may be more interesting for a library, I was going to show to the Pre-1800 Logan list of 350, but I will show it to you when it is completed. I have decided not to wait, even though a couple of the books have a lot of information about each county in AL, and is great for the beginning researcher. dl
