    2. Don, A good place to find the value of your books is to look on Ebay and Amazon.com They have many used books for sale so you could get an idea of what yours might be worth. You simply have to type the title in and to see if they have one listed. You might have some out of print books that are valuable so I'd certainly check there. I recently sold some of my parents books on Amazon for my Dad and he didn't realize they were worth a lot more than he paid for them. However, many people have copied old books without copyright and made them available online as CD;s which sometimes brings down the value but if you have some unopened, they are usually valued by collectors on Ebay or Amazon. You are wise to take your time looking through them. I'm still interested in books from any Alabama county on genealogy. I'm trying to put as much genealogy information online in a free "virtual" central Alabama Genealogy Library so researchers won't have to travel to Alabama so often to do genealogy research. With gas prices like they are...it is great to do as much research online as possible. I plan to have a page on my site very soon where people may advertise their books for sale and a forum for discussions and queries. With plans I have for the future on my website, I may be able to help some researchers, who would like something for their research, generate a little additional income through www.alabamapioneers.com If anyone is interested in this possibility, contact me at info@alabamapioneers.com Donna Causey www.alabamapioneers.com Documenting Alabama's History We are what we were... ----- Original Message ----- From: <albibb-request@rootsweb.com> To: <albibb@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, April 24, 2008 2:00 AM Subject: ALBIBB Digest, Vol 3, Issue 104 > > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
