These minutes were located in the New England Historical Genealogical Society. I am from the Richard Fancher line. It was not a great copy of the document so there are words missing. According to documents I have seen at the Family History Center, Carleton is spelled with an "e" - occasionally it is spelled without the "e"; however, Isaac Carleton who donated the land spelled his name with an "e". There is only 1 slave identified in the document. I have seen recent articles that state there were 4 but I have not seen any definite proof of this.
