At the time Pat Black-Kling, our list mom, started the ALBIBB CHAT list we were a very active and close knit group of "cuzins", even met several times for a picnic in Centreville. Many of us enjoyed swapping gardening hints, poems, travel tales, etc., that were not related to genealogy. Now those of us who have done our research mainly hang out and try to help the new researchers - even the ALBIBB list isn't nearly as active. So - I've asked that the chat list be eliminated and that will give me one less list to "de-spam" every day. The archives will still be available and searchable. If anyone wants to "visit" with another list member that can easily be done directly, not via the list. Hope everyone understands. Caroline Horton, List Administrator
