Apparently they must have gotten a divorce, because she married her brother in law in 1873 and her 1st husband Charles Rominger was listed on the 1880 census. I have read about a Raleigh (Rolly, Rolley, Rollie) Latham who served in the Civil War from Bibb Co. as an officer.
