Beth Thanks for posting this... researching this John Campbell has been on my "to do" list for quite some time. He is there because I would like to confirm/disprove whether he is the son of David and Charity Campbell... but my direct line keeps getting in the way and he keeps getting pushed further down the list. Were there any other names on the page you copied other than those listed below? Just for informational purposes for anyone interested, the wife listed as Mary Ann below was most likely Mary Ann Brown who he married on Jan 3 1839. Thanks again for sharing this information, Melissa ________________________________ Date: Sat, 08 Aug 2009 06:45:57 -0500 From: Beth Gay <bethg@integrity.com> Subject: [ALBIBB] John C Campbell - partial settlement of estate Dec 1855 >From Bibb County Minutes Book E, p. 364, Probate Court Special Term - June 5th 1854. Hi Melissa, One other looks like Sanders. I can scan and email you a copy. The last line is incomplete on my copy and the remainder entered in the margin is difficult to read.
