Hello Bibbers, My cousin went down to the basement of the Annex a little less than two weeks ago. The condition of the basement has not changed since those last pics were posted online. There were so many records that were in disarray in the basement that he wasn't able to spend the time to go through the tax list. There are several boxes of old records there and those overly large books. However, there are very legible original marriage records in there. I wonder is it possible to do something similar to the West Blocton Coke Oven Clean Up? These records would help most of us that are searching for Bibb County information. I am trying to find out from the ladies at the Annex if there is a list of some kind of what has been set aside in the Basement".
