The reunion will be held in Sterling, Virginia (a suburb of Washington DC, near Dulles airport). The reunion will include all day tours to sites of family interest in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. The Smytheman and Holden families lived in Loudoun County, Virginia in the 1760’s and in Fairfax County, Virginia in the 1780’s. We have reserved a block of rooms at discounted group rates at the hotel and have arranged for a group luncheon at an inn built in 1728 that was just a mile away from where our ancestors lived.
