Hello Just after we left the Bibb county Williams reunion Saturday, one of the cousins found an old tin type of a young man in a uniform. They now believe it is a confederate uniform. They are trying to scan it into a computer, and figure out who he is. We believe it is either Elias M. Williams or James R. Champion, or maybe James J. Clark.
