I thought that Sand Mountain was on the right side of Hurricane Ridge Road if you enter it from Mile Marker 97 on Hwy 82. Am I wrong? My Mother said the Lathams used to live there. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ric West" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, December 13, 2006 7:53 PM Subject: Re: [ALBIBB] Trip Home > Beverly, > As you travel south from Randolph to Maplesville take the first dirt > roar on the right. Evelyn, Don't know the mile markers on 82 or Hurricane Ridge Road. But if you're traveling from Maplesville towards Centerville just before the turn off to Marion (183) there's a dirt road that angles off to the right. On a Map I've seen the road number is 321 it's called the 'Old Selma Road' and the 'Sand Mountain Road'. Just a little way up that road after you pass a road to the left (801) that goes back to 82 is the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Evelyn Sent: Wednesday, December 13, 2006 9:57 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [ALBIBB] Trip Home I thought that Sand Mountain was on the right side of Hurricane Ridge Road if you enter it from Mile Marker 97 on Hwy 82.
