#1-you have to know where they were living in 1940 #2-it costs $65.00 which covers one census for one person only. #3-it is form BC-600 US Dept. of Commerce One can use city directories for address for people in cities, but do not know what address one would give for say, Randolph, AL, etc. Clayton Library here in Houston has form and instructions. I can mail you copies, but will have to ask for reimbursement for what copies cost me and a SASE. Liz Hicks ------ Original Message ------ Received: Fri, 08 Dec 2006 12:21:18 PM EST From: "Vanessa C. I think it was required that a special form could be completed; a fee paid ($35?); and must supply not only state, county, and city, but that you needed to supply a street address as well. Can anyone tell me what the steps are? Has anyone tried this? If so, what was your experience. Please advise. Thank you.
