Morning Listers, In answer to my post regarding the Tax list books, made previously, someone mentioned the year, "1848". Could someone please tell me the years these books start and end? If they start at 1848 they would not be of use to me, nor warrant a trip to the courthouse since my ancestors moved to MS from Bibb Co, just prior to 1840. Thank you for your help and responses.
