His parents John George Weinrich and Thorathea/Dorothea Weinrich were living in Marion Co. Oregon abt 1890 onward, and sometime later he moved to Canada, where he was in 1916 when his mother died (according to the write up in the local newspaper). Also, earlier on in 1916, he came for a visit to Stayton, OR (also in Marion Co.). Would like to know what became of him, and if he had any decendents. I have a lot of info on the four known sisters he had that lived in USA. Other children (August's siblings) were born of the marriage, but not believe to have survived the travel from Germany to Oregon.
