Hi Listers, I have been trying to trace a Sing Go (Charlie). I believe he was in Alberta about 1889 and my question is. Where did the Chinese immigrant arrive in this country? I'm not sure whether to look in the east or the west. Possibly in the northern part. Does anyone have a suggestion? Being Chinese they put their last name first so his name would have been put down as Go Sing. He did live in Edmonton and moved to Medicine Hat and was married about 1919. Thankyou Isabel Love B.C.
