Hope this helps: Hazel Patricia, passed away at the Rockyview Hospital of June 21, 1999 at the age of 93 years. Hazel was born in Millet, AB on September 16, 1905 to Tolef and Mary Tolefson. She was the eighth of nine children who have all predeceased her.
