Hi, trying to track down something. My gg-gramp was Oren Janes born in MI moved to BC, a book published has him in Alberta at the same time (1901) with a wife, twin daughters and a son. Trying to figure out if book has bad research, or... Can't seem to find Alberta archives anywhere.
