Could someone tell me how to get more information about my Alberta relatives? This is what I know: Lucy Berard (possibly Bearard); b. ca. July 1892, d. 8/24/1932 in Walton County, Florida, USA; father: Rosi Berard (possibly Rosie); mother: Louise (unknown maiden name begins with "B", possibly Beusley, Bersley); Lucy married Andrew Thompson (in Edmonton, I believe); Rosi & Louise possibly from St. Bonifay, Manitoba. Lucy's death certificate from Florida states her birthplace is Beaver Lake, Canada. I have distant relatives in Lac La Biche and Tofield who took me to the gravesite of Rosie Berard, somewhere near Edmonton or Lac La Biche in 1985. I was too young to remember the location. I've since lost my parents and contact with my Canadian relatives, so I'm on my own in my research. I would like to know how I can get more information about the marriage of Lucy and Andrew, the birth of Lucy, the burial place of Rosi Berard and his wife. I don't know where to start.
