Hi Listers :-) I am trying to locate information on Thomas F. WOOD born in Canada about 1885. I am not positive he was from Alberta, but I wrote to an older cousin (who's about 75 years old) and he says he thinks his mother mentioned Alberta when speaking about them. Thomas married Mary (Marie) Olivia KENSETH (Kjenseth) probably in Snohomish County, Washington in about 1918. She was born in Biri, Norway in June 1896. They moved back to Canada sometime after the birth of their first child. To my knowledge they had only one child...a son named Harry Gordon WOOD who would have been born abt Nov 1919. I have a photo of him in a military uniform so I believe he may have served in WW II. I don't know if he survived the war or not, but all of the other KENSETH family members remained in the Seattle area and photos were taken when Mary visited .... up until 1950. I don't know when people lost track of the Wood's family, but all of Mary's siblings are now deceased as are most of their children.....and I am desparate to find out what happened to Mary and her family.
