Is there anywhere that I could find information about my grandfather, Dr. Russell Stanley Welsh who lived in Stettler in the early 1920's. He took over from a retiring doctor in the area and had been a Capt in WWI as a medical doctor, giving physicals at a recruiting station in Winnipeg during the war. In 1926 he moved to Oregon and remained there for the rest of his life. Terry Spear of Crawford, Texas
