Hello Arlene, Here is a listing I found on the Alberta Governement Services web site. http://www3.gov.ab.ca/gs/information/vs/genealogy.cfm If you live out of the province, follow the instructions for the Vital Statistics office, otherwise you can go to any Registry agent in the province.
