No subject line is necessary, but if your software requires one, just use unsubscribe in the subject, too. Because this is a genealogy list all messages sent to the list should be genealogy related. Generally, you are asked to stay on topic and not post things like flames (insults, name calling, etc.,) virus warnings or hoax warnings. Please do not even comment on these types of mail. They will be handled by your list admin. These, and the resulting emails they generate, waste RootsWeb's resources. It is also desirable that messages regarding the sale of items or services are not put through the list. ______________________________ > ATTACHMENT part 2 message/rfc822 Date: Mon, 4 Jun 2001 17:52:44 -0700 (PDT) From: Kiwi Canuck To: ALBERTA-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [ALBERTA] coronation, alberta There is a town by the name of Coronation in Alberta. And township 34 runs through Consort Alberta and a bit south of Saskatoon Saskathchewan. So I would think that homestead is a bit south west of Saskatoon. You should get in touch with the "Saskatchewan Genealogical Society" do a Yahoo search for that. Before the railroad reached the Coronation town site the nearest town and supply point was at Castor, 20 miles to the west. I'm the local libraran and I also work with a Compton lady who grew up in Castor..I will ask her. Also I will look through the Castor History book that we have at the library for all the surnames. Please don't get your hopes up though too high. Have you tried Alberta Statistics?
