I am an American and trust me, I feel that something like the first posting that went out was harmless. Hit the delete if you do not like the e-mail or just like any other posting for an inquiry that you can not offer help on. I don't think that anyone was attacking anyone's religion or authentic group. And we in America (as well as many on this list) feel for all the other countries and diverse faiths who also lost people in this attack. I am sure that everyone is fully aware that the acts of a few are not the feelings of all of the Muslim faith. Sometimes, certain situations call for other comments other then what the list is set up for. Just two questions to those who are bothered by this or other "off topic" postings of the recent current events: 1) Where you also bothered by the postings of support and sorrow that came on the list for America and all countries suffering a loss on Sept 11th and 12th? And 2) Did you not just cause a flurry of "off topic" debates and discussions? Enough venting from a Very Proud American! God bless to all my fellow listers in Canada and around the world!
