To The Hon. David Kilgour:- PERSONAL All elected Members of Parliament who are supposed to represent the constituents who voted them to life in Ottawa, are only using Brian Tobin as an excuse for not giving a direct reply. Brian Tobin was appointed as Minister of Industry before the Nov. 27th election, and before being introduced as a new (?) Member of Parliament. To this date he has NOT replied to one person, whether it be a hard-copy letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. I know he receives extra $$$, as you do, for having the title HON. before his name. Are you adequately representing YOUR constituents -- OR must you answer by dictation? There are many in Edmonton who wish the Post-1901 Census released -- why not listen to THEM?
