I doubt if he is your Olaf Peterson, as to my knowledge he never married, but here it is for what it's worth. The entry reads in part: Olaf Peterson immigrated from Sweden to South Dakota where he ranched. He came from there and filed on N 1/2 of 5-28-9 in 1909. He moved to the district in the spring of 1910. He brought a large herd of horses and was driving them from Brooks in June, and was caught in the blizzard that hit on the third of June. He sold most of the horses to settlers in the district. He farmed his half section and in 1919 he bought the south half of the section he lived on from Jim Rainboth. He farmed this land until 1941 when he moved to Youngstown where he resided until his death."
