There is a dam in Bassano - about 50 k.m. from Brooks. There is also a large man made lake about 10 k.m. from Brooks, but I think it was built at the turn of the 20th century. The aqueduct was built around 1920's as well. It might be considered a dam. Janice Jensen, Brooks, Alberta
