    1. [ALBERTA] Re: ANYONE KNOW THE ROTHS IN CLARESHOLM
    2. Hi there, I was just on a trip to Alberta and went to both the Granum Library and the Clarasholm Museum. At both locations they have a couple of books I found very useful, namely: Where the wheatlands meet the range" and also a book called "Leavings by Trail, Granum by rail" That is where I found all my family histories in print, as well as pictures! Another book on the area's is called "The Butte stands guard" These 3 books especially have a lot of info on all the homesteaders of the Clarasholm / Granum / Stavley area's. You may also want to look up museums of Alberta, to find the museum address and phone number. They close on Labour day... The curator there is very helpful. Also of interest, is the Clarasholm museum is putting on a large event next summer and inviting all the relatives of people who homesteaded the area to a big re-union!! Good luck, hope this info helps you.
