My g-grandfather's obit says his daughter, Geraldine Clark, came from Rossington, Alberta for his funeral in 1914. I can't seem to locate this place on a current map. Thanks.

    3. Rossington, Alberta is a locality about 18 km (10 miles) west of Westlock, or about 60 miles NW of Edmonton. According to the book "Place Names of Alberta", Volume III, by Tracey Harrison, the name is likely taken after Rossington Moulton, an early settler and the first postmaster. The post office there operated from 1910 to 1969. Gordon > Is there now or was there ever a town in Alberta called Rossington.
