Someone sent me the census for 1880 of William Blair but you probably already have that. I think I have figured out the S.A.M. Blair stood for Mrs. Sydney A. Blair. Was sent info she was Sallie Kilpatrick before her marriage to Sydney. I can not find them in either the 1870 or 1880 census before Sydney's death in 1884. Sallie married John B. Adlington in 1885 after her 1st husband's death. I am trying to determine if she had any children before she married John. John B. Adlington was married to my gg grandfather's sister and had quite an eventful life in PA. I find him on the Union Soldier's Census living in Salt Lake City in 1890 and just trying to determine why he was there. He was living in Marianna, FL in the 1885 state census - with his sister and her family. I am on quite a few mailing lists but this is my first venture into AL records. This list has been very helpful and I do appreciate it very much. Thank you for your message, Linda "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream another dream" C. S.
