    2. >From Deed Book C The State of Alabama) Barbour County ) Be it known to all whom it may concern - That at a sale made by G F Long as Administrator of the Estate of Nancy John, deceased, under decree of the Chancery Court of said County, in the cause of Agnes Ellington et al against G F Long as the administrator of the estate of Nancy John deceased et al, rendered at the Fall Term 1885 of said Court, said sale having been made by public outcry, at the residence of said Nancy John in said County after having been duly advertised by publication for four successive weeks in the Clayton Courier a newspaper published in Clayton, County of Barbour Alabama, one Ida Pruett Dansby, being the highest and best bidder at said sale, became the purchaser of the real estate herein after described at the sum of Sixty Dollars - Now, therefore in consideration of the premises, and of full payment to said administrator of purchase money aforesaid, which said payment has been duly reported to this Court of Chancery herein after referred to, have sold and conveyed unto the said Ida Pruett Dansby, all the right title and interest of the said Agnes Ellingotn et al and the said G.F. Long as administrator et al, and of each and all theparties to this such in and to the following described real estate, situated in the County and State aforesaid towit: The NW ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 7, Township 8, R-24 containing 40 acres more or less. - This deed is executed in compliance with a decree of the Chancellor rendered February 27th 1890, on the petition of said Ida Pruett Dansby, wherein and whereby it appeared that said Ida Pruett Dansby was the real purchaser of the above described land at the sale of the same hereinbefore referred to but that through mistake of a former register of this Court his deed thereto dated September 6th 1888 was made to I. B. Dansby the husband of said Ida. The said decree of the Chancellor rendered Feby 27th 1890 directs the cancellation and annulling of said deed to I. B. Dansby and execution of this deed by the undersigned to said Ida Pruett Dansby and her heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court of Chancery, at office, this 5th day of March 1890. Willima C.
