(Wynn) Dennis of Loflin, Russell county, Ala. and of Hyram P. and Emeline (Baygent[?]) Williams of Troy, Pike county, Ala. Hyram P. Williams served in the Mexican War and the War or Succession. T. H. Dennis was educated in the schools of Girard. He is a salesman. Has held no office except membership in the city council of Girard. Was formerly 2nd lietu. in Co I. 2nd Regt. A.N.G. He is a Democrat; an I.O.O.F.; a K. of P. and a Red Man. He married at Girard, Ala. May 29, 1895, Annie Lee Mote, the daughter of Washington and Missouri Anna (Graham) Mote of Girard, Ala.
