    3. You're my hero....That age also ties her closer to being the Sara Jane of William W. Crocker family who's bdate I have as 22 May 1851. The 1900 census had Henry and Minnie's bdates wrong, so there's no reason to think it had hers right either. That discrepancy always bothered me about trying to tie the two together. Mollie was definitely married to a VANCE according to the following: Obituary from the Montgomery Advertiser - 8/12/37 Page 7 H.B. Crocker TROY, ALA Aug 11 - (Special) H.B. Crocker, 65, died Tuesday after a long illness at his home in Shady Grove. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Minnie B. Crocker, four sons, Fox, Sam, Ned and Jack Crocker, three daughters, Mrs. T.J. Dorman, Mrs. S. E. Redmon, Mrs. Kirby Spivey. He is also survived by several grandchild- ren, a brother, Hance Crocker, a sister, Mrs. Mollie Vance, and other relatives. Funeral was held from the Belser Cemetery today at 3 p.m. with the Rev. M. Redmon officiating. Burial was in the family lot with Rhodes Funeral Home in charge. I gotta get to that 1910 Soundex!!! Sure do wish we could find a marriage record for Sara Jane of William CROCKER branch... Thanks for all your time and help. I hope you don't mind me sending a copy to the lists for Coffee, Pike and Barbour, but maybe somebody out there has the piece of puzzle that we need. (You'll probably get 42 copies of this.) Sorry. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Crocker" <clc@tds.net> To: "Pam Burnett" <pburnett@knology.net> Sent: Tuesday, September 05, 2000 12:28 PM Subject: Mollie Crocker Vance > Pam, > As I've tried to put all the info down as a brainstorm with Jane > Crocker, have come up with this tidbit of information: > > From the 1910 soundex of Coffee County have listed: > Sarah Crocker-----58 > MIL of Reabon F.
