My Alto was born and died in Clayton,Alabama. He was born around 1889 and died in November 1972, his wife rose Anna Pitts was born in Clayton also and died Jan 29, 1930, she was born march 18,1893. I have found him, but again there is no mention of his parents,the same when I pull up info on his brothers, could they be the orphans you talked about?
