It would be a wonderful thing to do. We cannot do this through the list. It is against Rootsweb and USGENWEB policy. But here is an idea. How about us putting our heads together and get the media and citizens involved in the area to set up a fund. A committee that would be fair and not biased because of who's family it was. I bet that there would be local interest if they knew about it. We could also donate or do whatever it takes. I just believe in the power of the media. A local interest story with the reporter tromping through the bushes especially if the land is owned by big business. I plan on contacting Meade just as soon as all of the names of the cemeteries are sent to me. This could work. Let's put our thinking caps on.
