Jack, Josiah does not show-up on the Elmira list; most all Hagler's from Barbour served in Co A of the 45th Ala Inf Rgt, but I do not find either Josiah or Wilburn; further I do not find either of them in the Ala Index; possibly they served w/ Ga units. Sorry I could not help Deo Vindice, Homer
