I can't answer your question, but I would like to make a comment. B.F. Miles rented the ground floor of the Methodist Church Sunday School (which was located on the second, top floor) in a building built by Daniel Pratt. The building was adjacent to the Pratt Gin Company. Miles operated a retail mercantile busubess. The store space was rented to help the Methodists with the upkeep of the building. Does anyone on the list have other information which supports and/or complements this?
