He was born inVA and passed away in Dallas Co, AL. Together they had 4 children, one of them being James Norrell Kelley who married Louella Clement Caver. I can find nothing on Powhattan Kelley, other than who he married and the fact that he was born in VA. There is a record that states a P.N. Kelley married sarah sharp, but I do not know what the PN stands for. Please help, Jodi
