    1. [ALAUTAUG-L] Autauga County, "Loose Papers", Old Will located (TYUS, CAVER, MOTLEY)
    2. Below is a will I found in the "Loose Papers" of Autauga County microfilmed by the Mormons a few years ago. Once again I have found another item on these rolls of microfilm that were not included in the regular probate minute, report or will books. The researcher of Autauga County families need to know that the loose papers (microfilm) have many items for people who died during and right after the Civil War period. Many estates were started during this time period, but never completed due to the "fall of the Confederacy" and the Confederate currency. Do not forget to check these rolls. The loose paper microfilm rolls are available at the Probate Office of the Autauga County Courthouse as well as at the Alabama State Archives. Larry E.
