September 22, 1834 In the Regular Orphans Court Ordered- that Thomas Smith Mercullar Morse R. T. Livingston James Goodson and Henry McMorris be appointed Commisioners to divide the Estate of Lott Scott- Deceased. I am still trying to find a relationship between James Mitchell Scott and Lott Scott. I know Thomas Smith and James Goodson are related to James M. Scott and Lott Scott and Elizabeth Parrish died the same year 1832. Elizabeth Parrish 1st married ? Scott and had 3 girls. Mary Scott who married Thomas Smith, Rebecca Scott who married James Goodson and Annie Scott who married William Jackson and 1 son James Mitchell Scott who married Ruth Showmake.
