Tucker (b:abt 1814 VA d: aft 1870 probably in Autauga, AL) Jeremiah was the son of Christopher Culpepper and Celia Moreland. Stephen was the son of Thomas Welch (b: Abt. 1795 Sumter, SC d: aft 1860 Chattachoochee County, GA) and Mary Grooms (b: abt 1805 Sumter, SC d: aft 1870 Chattahoochee County, GA) I have more information on the Welch and Culpepper families if you are interested.
