It's all there, but it would have been better if you had changed the subject line to something more appropriate like the surname in question. Anytime you post a message that is different from the original thread, in this case "mail archives", it is best to change the subject line to the new topic. Otherwise the very person that needs to read that message may delete it without viewing it because they are not interested in the subject displayed. I know that I get a lot of email and if I see a whole string of messages come through I may look at the first and then if I am not interested in the subject matter, just delete all the other messages with re: that subject line without viewing them.
