    3. I am researching my line of Taylors and I am pretty sure that my GG-Grandmother was a Gray. Also think my GGG-Grandmother was a Gray/Grey - and was buried in the Hurd-Grey Cemetery near Elmore, AL. My GG-Grandmother was listed as Mary G b abt 1811) - on everything - she married John Taylor (1809 - 1857) and moved to Talladega county, AL. Mr GGG-Grandmother was Amelia (Milly) and some thing she was Amelia Stafford - but we have a documented conversation from the landowner of the Hurd-Grey Cemetery near Elmore county, AL - that Amelia was the daughter or charge of landowner Mr. Grey. She is buried there with my GGG-Grnadfather John Taylor Sr.. I have a document from the courthouse at Prattville, Autauga Co, AL that is a sale of land - to FRANCIS GRAY - FROM JOHN TAYLOR AND WIFE, MARY TAYLOR (our Mary G.) - dated October 13. 1837.
