    1. [ALAUTAUG-L] Prattville Public Library
    2. As many of you know there are many genealogical resources available at the Autauga Heritage Center here in Prattville. However, there are also some items available at the Prattville Public Library. If you ever visit Prattville from out of town or out of state on the weekend, and find the courthouse and the Heritage Center closed, please drop by the Prattville Library which is open on Saturdays. The amount of materials at the library is not as great as at the Heritage Center, but we have been trying to place duplicate copies of books/materials at the library specifically related to Autauga County. I personally have donated copies of all my books to the Library for use by patrons. Some of my books are actually available for "check out". These materials are found in the "caged area" in the front corner of the library. Library staff are not available to help with research. If you have published any family history or other related history to AUTAUGA COUNTY and have an extra copy to donate to the library, let me know. The library will place these materials if we have the books "hardbound" which we can do. Larry E. Caver, Jr. P.O. Box 680052 Prattville, AL 36068
