David & list, My husband Larry & I drove from Wyoming to Autauga Co last March, and with the help of local genealogist Mack Clark, cleaned and weeded the cemetery. The guys even rebuilt the crypt of Nicholas Zeigler. I wrote an article for the Autauga Co Genealogical Society Newsletter which appeared a few months ago. I also made a very detailed survey of the cemetery although 2 earlier surveys had been done. This survey will appear in a coming issue of the newsletter. I believe there are probably more stones there that are still covered over. There is a good chance we will be back early in 2003 to continue our work. We will welcome any help when we get there. We stayed a week before and cleared about 3/4ths of it except for trees and cleared paths to the rest of the stones in the weedy areas. A huge cedar tree had fallen and wiped out several stones. Others were broken by smaller trees. But somebody still cares about this cemetery. She just lives too far to tend it on a regular basis. Honey
