My birth fathers name was Johnny Merrill Barber. I "think" I found him in the ss death index. He lived in Prattville and died in 1994. There are many Barber's listed in the phone book for Prattville. I havn't had the courage to call any of them though ! Do you have any info on "Johnny Merrill Barber"? He was 33 years old when I was born in 1957 so he would have been born in 1924.
