In a combined effort with other family members, we are researching these families with the goal of up-dating a book on the family that was published back in 1974. If you are a Lewter/Luter or have Lewters/Luters in your family, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. My own branch of the family hails out of Giles/Lincoln Counties of Tn., and Limestone County, Al. after passing thru Northampton County, NC and Southampton County, Va.
