Ladies, Each Chapter in the Joe Wheeler District, was asked to send in there ten year history so I could compile our District 10 year history. Their are six chapters in our District and I had only received two chapters. Please I encourage you to get your reports sent in by Friday August 23rd. My post needed some spacing added, so I'm reposting below: Why do organizations such as UDC have bylaws?  Organizations have bylaws to maintain consistency.  Bylaws are used to communicate organizational rules so that internal disputes and conflict can be avoided.  Bylaws establish a contract between members and define their rights, duties, and mutual obligations.
