    3. Ladies!! We want everyone to love their UDC shirts and you can’t if it will not fit - unless maybe you make a pillow out of it :). So, please look at the size guides for the style you want and as we said order the next size up if unsure. Ladies and womens’ styles are not the same as the unisex, they run somewhat smaller. The size guides are also available under the t-shirt fundraiser area of the In The News section of the new Division website. Remember they are 100% cotton. In UDC love, Lori Adams

    3. Barbara, It's unfortunate that these two events were scheduled on top of each other; Suzanna has said this won't happen again. I hate it that I missed Suzanna's first winter board meeting & her remarks. The winter board meeting I believe was already scheduled at the MCC before Suzanna took office. I don't think you said anything that would offend Suzanna - you made it clear that she was the "best in the show"! :>) However, I TOTALLY AGREE with you about the MCC...and the food vs the price; that's why I voiced my opinion last year after the winter board meeting about the MCC. It's not convenient to get to and I think the general consensus agrees with us about the price and the food. Of course I understand that you can please everyone, but compared to Legends in Prattville, I think we get a better deal plus it's easy to navigate to. I look forward to seeing you again at Confederate Memorial Day at the Capital as well as the general membership of the UDC! We, the CMD committee appreciate everyone's support of this event. WE do everything to make it a special & memorable event in our efforts to remember & honor our noble Confederate ancestors. We encourage everyone to attend if you are physically able! We must show the masses that our Confederate heritage is important to us and to the state of Alabama...i.e. celebrating our history of 200 years this year and also our Confederate history contributes a tremendous amount of revenue for the state of Alabama through tourism 24/7!!! I wish COMMON SENSE would come back to this country to realize that! Thanks again for your remarks & contribution to the discussion on this list! Confederately yours, Pat Godwin Selma -----Original Message----- From: alaudc-request@rootsweb.com [mailto:alaudc-request@rootsweb.com] Sent: Friday, January 25, 2019 5:28 PM To: alaudc@rootsweb.com Subject: ALAUDC Digest, Vol 14, Issue 49 Send ALAUDC mailing list submissions to alaudc@rootsweb.com To subscribe via email send a message with subject subscribe and body subscribe to alaudc-request@rootsweb.com To unsubscribe via email send a message with subject unsubscribe and body unsubscribe to alaudc-request@rootsweb.com You can reach the person managing the list at alaudc-owner@rootsweb.com When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific than "Re: Contents of ALAUDC digest..." --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus

    3. So sorry Suzanne. Thought this was a private conversation with Pat. Boy have I got a lot to learn. Happy to say the meal was the only bad thing other than the weather Saturday. I met old friends and made many new ones which money can’t buy. Was told you were trying hard to give us the best meeting evah, not your fault it didn’t taste good. It was all in all a wonderful time. I especially loved ur concept why we organized to begin with. Dinners come and go but honoring our patriots is always first and foremost. You surely deserved your standing ovation. > On Jan 25, 2019, at 4:46 PM, Suzanna Rawlins <udcdaughter@earthlink.net> wrote: > > Thank you Barbara. > > I hated missing the other event as well. > > There won’t be a conflict next year.
