If it's been more than a week or so since you've read it, please go read it again. Feel free to bookmark it! Rootsweb has its general policies and the "List Managers" (that's me) have fairly wide latitude regarding guidelines for their lists. The guidelines that I've set out are posted at the above web address. It's your responsibility to read the information and put it into practice during your participation on this list. There is nothing unreasonable there, and everything is intended to make your experience with this list as successful and as smooth an experience as possible. It is stale, untrue and you can DO YOUR PART to stamp it out by just deleting it (and other scare starters like it) and NEVER PASS IT ON.
