Need help! We find Jesse JEMISON, Sr. and his wife Addie (WILLIAMS) Lyons living in the household of Jesse's father H___ JEMISON (JIMISON) and wife Elizabeth in the 1880 Mobile Co. (Beat 1), AL census. There was also a brother Duncan JEMISON (JAMISON)-on marriage license dated 1-9-1880) and his wife Mary (DEANS) living in this same household. We have no info on any of this family before 1880. By the 1900 Census only Jesse Jemison, Sr. remains in Mobile Co., AL. We find nothing after 1880 on his father or brother. We have swept the coastal states for census reports. Their occupations were fishermen. Any help would be appreciated. Carolyn [email protected]
